Maintenance of the software and services we supply is assured with thoroughly worked out routines and follows procedures with support and surveillance, issue ticketing, test procedures etc. We also use a very strict version and release management which is a prerequisite for good control. We support and host all systems and services we develop. A small but well equipped server room containing alarm, climate control, temperature supervisory, UPS and duplicated Internet connections with a capacity of up to 100 Mbps, gives our customers the security required for mission critical business applications.
